What began as a modest farm “stoor” in 2017 has blossomed into one of the most enchanting wedding and event venues in the region.  Originally built for everyday farm activities, this simple structure sparked a vision—a dream to create a space where life’s most meaningful moments could be celebrated in style.

From that humble beginning, Stoorhuijs was born. The name reflects our roots: “Stoor”, meaning shed, and “huijs”, symbolizing the warmth and character of a welcoming home. Today, our venue combines authentic charm with modern elegance, featuring spacious verandas, open-air sitting rooms, and a serene atmosphere that invites guests to feel at home while celebrating unforgettable occasions.
